Description
Step: High energy, high impact class with great choreography. A great workout for lower body.
Circuit Burn: A variety of physical drills designed for a group setting. (no stations). This class will burn the most calories possible.
Cardio Combo: A mix of everything. Never the same class twice. Constant movement! Various moves and fun choreography.
Kickbox: Jabs, hooks uppers, kicks squats everything you need to attack those muscles in a completely different way. Muscle definition will truly show after taking this class regularly
Spin: Using a stationary bike the instructor will take you through an interval type class of hills, sprints, jumps, flat roads. Bring Water!
Flex: Full body muscle conditioning workout. You will use light and heavy weights to target upper and lower body muscles. The more muscle you develop, the more fat you will burn.
Pilates: Throughout this whole class you will focus on core training. Stretching movements while maintaining a strong center will help to tone your muscles.
Step 'n Kick: Aerobic step with kick boxing intervals.
Hot Step: This is a high energy class. Advanced choreography and constant movement. No weights.
Step Flex Mix: Step choreography mixed in with intermittent weight work.
Yoga: Gentle stretches along with proper breathing techniques will be used in this class to help you achieve mind relaxation and full body stretching. Downward dog, child pose, triangle, etc.
Core Max: This class focuses on strengthening and toning the abdominal and back muscles while stretching all the muscles of the body.
Boot Camp: Combined military drills which will challenge you to your greatest potential
Senior FitClub/Breakfast: Open to anyone. 30 minutes of interval aerobic moves and muscle work with dumbells. After class we go up to the restaurant for breakfast ($3).
